Altrack Tracking Device
The Altrack tracking device is a discrete, tamper proof, small device fitted to your vehicle enables us to receive signals and transmit to the vehicle so our control centre can track and respond to protect and monitor your vehicle.
Unit Health Testing
Altrack is responsible for all unit health testing and such a test is done automatically, every 48 hours to ensure the unit is performing at optimal! If there are any problems with the unit, we will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.
National Call Centre
Our Call Centre operates 24 hours per day, 365 days a year– to monitor all tracking of all units with pre-emptive and intelligent responsive services that ensures swift action and recovery of stolen vehicles.
Ground & Air Recovery
For free vehicle recovery – working nationally, we have highly trained recovery personnel who will respond immediately to secure and recovery stolen vehicles; co-ordinating and liaising with the South African Police Service (SAPS) and communicating with you so you know we are on constant alert.
